A Day in the Life:
As a Title and Escrow Support Specialist at First American Financial Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our escrow team. Your duties will include assisting in the preparation of closing documents, communicating with customers, and ensuring accurate disbursement and follow-up. Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review closing statements and documents
* Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their transactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in administrative or support roles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with MS Office suite and willingness to learn new software applications
