Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Milford Regional Physician Group. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in providing quality healthcare to our patients throughout the community with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Work collaboratively with our team of experienced practitioners to achieve our goal of having providers spend the majority of their workday with patients
- Utilize resources such as scribes for documentation, dedicated office-based support staff, and nurse case managers to support patient care
- Participate in a team-based approach to managing high-risk patients with support from nurses, social workers, and behavioral health support specialists
