We are seeking a highly skilled Production Control Specialist to join our team at Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System, LLC. Key Responsibilities- Adhere to HTGSS policies and procedures

- Responsible for TRANSYS seat production planning/scheduling per customer daily requirement
- Demand review and forecasting while maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Monitor customer systems (KMMG web portal) and online communication to identify shipping requirements on an hourly/daily basis, communication with customer on any issues which may affect schedule
- Responsible for managing MES systems upload and CLS coverage monitoring
- Identify any shipment which may not be met and notify Production Ctrl. Manager, follow escalation procedure if delivery schedules are threatened
- Make necessary changes to seat build schedule and load build plan on both MES and SAP based on customer requirement
- Maintain TRANSYS daily/weekly/monthly/yearly production/shipping result
- Report daily seats and foam pads production result and operation rate to HQ on a daily basis
- Data entry of all manual orders, seat build adjustment, and special build request
- Monitor systems to ensure all part numbers, customer FSC code, and product data information flows through the system in a timely manner
- Participate in EO Meetings, and lead obsolescence events
- Participation in physical inventory and monthly production closing
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 0-5 years of experience would be considered acceptable with the pairing of a Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply chain, but business would be applicable as well
- College Degree preferred in business management, industrial distribution, or supply management
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and email
- Knowledge of SAP and MES systems
- Able to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to process time-sensitive information and orders and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task when necessary and prioritize tasks
