About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate medical care, following physician treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Manage data using electronic health record systems, specifically Athena
- Triage and prioritize patient needs effectively
- Provide durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Proven experience in patient care and treatment
- Ability to manage data efficiently using Athena or similar systems

This is a day shift position, Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to relocate to Suffolk, VA before starting work.
