Job Overview

This role involves developing and implementing new pastry recipes, improving existing ones, and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes that meet customer expectations and drive business growth.
  • Improve existing pastry recipes to enhance quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
  • Manage the finances of the pastry development function, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
Requirements
  • At least five years' experience in pastry development and production.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pastry recipes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prolonged periods of time on foot, squatting, kneeling, and bending. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Estimated Salary Range

$100,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
