Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pet Groomer to provide high-quality grooming services to our clients. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of animals by meeting client expectations and requests. You will also establish and cultivate lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality grooming services, including bathing, nail trims, ear cleanings, and haircuts.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the grooming schedule to efficiently coordinate client needs with grooming staff availability.
  • Train, supervise, and develop bathing team members on proper bathing policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Understanding and ability to properly and safely restrain animals.
  • One year's experience as a Groomer, Groomer's Apprentice, or formal instruction from a reputable grooming program.
