Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lovesac. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and provide them with expert advice on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to provide outstanding customer service and identify customer needs
  • Demonstrate and quote products, providing customized solutions to meet customer needs
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Consistently educate customers on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance customer experience
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
  • Process POS transactions accurately, providing information to customers
  • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen effectively and solve problems
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use and operate all equipment required, including iPad, laptop, and furniture assembly
  • Ability to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position
