The Garrett Group is in search of a Senior Intelligence Analyst to contribute to the mission of the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). This role involves conducting global operations in collaboration with various Combatant Commands, Services, and relevant United States Government (USG) agencies to deter and detect strategic threats against the United States and its allies, while also preparing to defend the nation as required.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the USSTRATCOM Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) by delivering comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis and products. This includes tailored assessments of adversary operational intent and strategic capabilities, as well as supporting the development of emulation and derivation strategies. Furthermore, the analyst will provide valuable insights for Intelligence Community (IC) recommendations aimed at warfighters and senior policy decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of adversary political, military, economic, social, information, and infrastructure (PMESII) trends to inform USSTRATCOM Indications and Warning (I&W) challenges, as well as campaign and operational planning.
- Utilize analytical research collaboration tools and resources effectively.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Intelligence Community, including its primary members, the intelligence process, and the evaluation and analysis of intelligence data.
- Engage in joint and combined operational planning and intelligence methodologies, incorporating tactics, techniques, and procedures to integrate intelligence into operational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with intelligence information flow regulations and guidelines, including Intelligence Oversight classification standards.
- Conduct all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis, employing alternative analysis techniques.
- Perform multi-domain analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten (10) years of Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in a designated Focus Area, as outlined in the National Defense Strategy, along with a decade of relevant experience in the areas mentioned above.
