We are currently seeking a dedicated Salad Preparation Specialist to enhance our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting fresh salads, cold appetizers, and desserts, ensuring our guests enjoy visually appealing and delicious dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare salads, cold starters, and desserts following established recipes.
  • Organize workstations with necessary ingredients and tools.
  • Ensure all ingredients are prepared and ready for service.
  • Present dishes attractively before serving.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Store food items properly to ensure freshness.
  • Inspect ingredient quality to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including kitchen, prep areas, and dining spaces.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • ServSafe Certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated reliability, commitment, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
