We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Sales Executive to join our team at eatOS POS Inc. As a Restaurant Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the restaurant industry, leveraging our SaaS and POS solutions to help restaurants manage their operations more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Research and identify potential new clients in the restaurant industry, and develop strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our SaaS and POS solutions, and be able to effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to generate new leads and opportunities, and effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely conversion of leads into sales.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new business opportunities and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Restaurant Operations: Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles, including menu engineering, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
  • Start-up Experience: Experience working in a start-up environment, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Virtual Sales Experience: Experience working in a virtual sales environment, with a proven track record of success in remote sales and account management.
