Account Manager

About the Role:
Yardi is seeking a skilled Account Manager to provide exceptional service and support for a portfolio of Insurance Division clients. In this role, you'll manage various aspects of software implementation, guide clients on Insurance Division products and services, and offer solutions for policy and claims inquiries. You will also resolve client-reported issues, conduct account performance audits, and lead end-user training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute product implementation for assigned clients, including end-user training and collaboration with IT and Development for new releases
- Advise clients on best practices for Insurance Division products and provide ongoing customer relationship management
- Identify and escalate client issues requiring advanced support, ensuring timely resolution
- Ensure accurate data usage, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain system configurations for accurate monthly billing
- Recommend additional product offerings or system enhancements and collaborate with the sales team to implement changes
- Stay current with industry trends and share relevant updates with clients
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the property management industry
- Current state-specific Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Two (2) years of account management experience in property management or other relevant industry, or two (2) years of experience as a business analyst
- Proven account management and customer relationship management skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to successfully collaborate with support teams to resolve a variety of issues and requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Independent sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with web browsing, online applications, and computer navigation
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Client-centered commitment and focus
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ideal to Have:
- Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) database system
