Salesforce Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at ConsultNet. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce solutions within the CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Salesforce configurations to support business processes and objectives
  • Configure and maintain complex CPQ environments, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote generation processes
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their requirements and implement effective CPQ solutions
  • Implement and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations to support sales and customer service operations
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to meet specific business needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality with the ability to build customer apps and objects, formula fields, automation processes (Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes), custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Experienced in third-party integrations (e.g. inContact, DocuSign, Google, Atlassian)
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong data management abilities and high attention to detail are a must
  • Strong project management skills
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud certifications desired
  • Experience in Hubspot desired
