Your Role

The Stylist position is designed to create a memorable shopping experience for every customer who visits our boutique. In this role, you will radiate positivity and warmth, engaging in genuine conversations and connecting with customers in a delightful manner. While the primary focus is on enhancing customer experience, additional responsibilities include:

  • Accurately and efficiently processing transactions using the boutique's point-of-sale system.
  • Utilizing product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire customers.
  • Assisting in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing boutique through product recovery and replenishment.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to implement company strategies and complete tasks while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Complying with company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the boutique, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom effectively, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
