Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by expediting transactions and responding to customer needs.

Key Job Functions:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with merchandise selections.
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked and maintain merchandising guidelines according to specified parameters.
  • Handle customer purchases, exchanges, store credits, and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Engage with customers to make product recommendations and promote suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maintain awareness of product knowledge, current promotions, and advertisements.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the fitting room areas.

Requirements:

  • Great communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing 0-50 pounds, climb ladders, walk, stand, kneel, and lift during the majority of the work shift.
  • Use of hands and fingers to handle/feel objects or tools and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
