Group/Division
The KLA Services team, based in Milpitas, CA, encompasses a wide array of functions including Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. This division collaborates closely with field teams and clients across various sectors to uphold the performance and productivity of our products through a versatile service portfolio. Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility:
Supervises the provision of pre- and post-sales services and support to clients.
Leads customer retention initiatives, addressing concerns and formulating a customer contact strategy.
Evaluates operational processes and conducts training needs assessments to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.
Implements established customer service protocols and serves as a liaison between clients and various departments to resolve inquiries related to production, delivery, and billing.
Manages warranty claims and oversees return materials authorization (RMA) processes to ensure efficient handling of customer returns and service requests.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate of Science degree or equivalent work experience of 3 years.
