POSITION OVERVIEW

The Billing Operations Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the billing team, providing essential guidance, coordinating various tasks, and resolving challenges to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. This role demands a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy due to interactions with senior management and external clients. The supervisor will collaborate with multiple departments to maintain up-to-date billing information, address interdepartmental issues, and support customer relationship management. Additionally, this position involves administrative responsibilities such as generating invoices and maintaining accurate records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Guide the billing team to meet deadlines and ensure the accuracy of invoices

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent management experience in the Oil and Gas sector
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with NetSuite, Open Invoice, Cortex, and other relevant B2B platforms
