Job Overview

As a Night Auditor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive audits of the hotel's financial transactions and records.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Preparing and disseminating daily reports to management and various departments.
  • Managing guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting with the check-in and check-out processes as required.
  • Operating phone systems and managing incoming calls.
  • Delivering exceptional guest service and fostering positive guest relations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The capability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • The ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with the Marriott Fosse System.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
