Location Director to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric home health care office. This role involves inspiring and guiding our team while ensuring that we provide exceptional care to children and support to their families.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years in an Operations Leadership position, or a suitable combination of education and experience that enables effective performance of job responsibilities.
  • Profound understanding of profit and loss statements along with demonstrated expertise in financial principles and practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing, training, mentoring, and developing a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant business software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and operations of the location, including business growth, budgeting, strategic planning, personnel management, recruitment, and financial oversight.
  • Foster collaboration between operational and clinical leaders to fulfill Thrive SPC's mission, maintain compliance and accreditation, and ensure satisfaction for both employees and clients.
  • Manage team performance and development to promote retention, growth, and effectiveness.
  • Drive location expansion and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal and state regulatory standards.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) compliance.
