Position Overview
- Report directly to an Application Manager within the Digital team at Partners HealthCare.
- Configure, develop, test, and provide support for the Epic Beaker application.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver certified expertise in Epic Beaker configurations for effective product deployment.
- Evaluate current business operations and convert them into system configurations and workflows.
- Assist departmental teams with application and information system insights.
- Establish subject matter expertise and maintain comprehensive documentation of business and system requirements.
- Examine business processes to guarantee appropriate system configurations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials.
- Engage in on-call support rotation as required.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving business and technical demands.
- Hands-on experience with Epic or Data Innovations is advantageous.
- Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
- Preferred experience of 3+ years with EHR systems.
- Active Epic Beaker AP Certification is a plus.
