Position Overview

  • Report directly to an Application Manager within the Digital team at Partners HealthCare.
  • Configure, develop, test, and provide support for the Epic Beaker application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver certified expertise in Epic Beaker configurations for effective product deployment.
  • Evaluate current business operations and convert them into system configurations and workflows.
  • Assist departmental teams with application and information system insights.
  • Establish subject matter expertise and maintain comprehensive documentation of business and system requirements.
  • Examine business processes to guarantee appropriate system configurations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of testing scripts and materials.
  • Engage in on-call support rotation as required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving business and technical demands.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic or Data Innovations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
  • Preferred experience of 3+ years with EHR systems.
  • Active Epic Beaker AP Certification is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and present findings effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
