Certified Nursing Aide

Compensation: $19.10 per hour with additional differential pay for CNAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remind clients to adhere to their medication schedules.
• Support clients with therapeutic exercises as directed by a Registered Therapist.
• Provide or assist with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, and dressing.
• Aid clients with routine bodily functions.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment through light housekeeping duties, including changing linens and cleaning common areas.
• Offer companionship and engagement through activities like reading and walks, and accompany clients to appointments.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health status to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in repositioning clients who are bedridden.
• Conduct basic observations for any signs of injury or distress.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
• Minimum of two years of experience in home care settings.
• Successful background check and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to providing compassionate care.
