  • Recruit and manage volunteers to support activity programs and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on activity participation and resident feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless delivery of activity programs.
Requirements:
  • Two years of experience in a related field, such as activity coordination, healthcare, or education.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • CDL certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with seniors and individuals with dementia.
  • Knowledge of activity programming and event planning.
  • Ability to teach and train others.
