Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a candidate who has the unique blend of account management, account development and creativity to grow all accounts and lend a hand to other Account Managers & Coordinators on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum two (2) years of full-time account management, coordination and/or marketing management experience
  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Understanding of advertising best practices
  • Direct mail & print production experience is a huge advantage
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
