Position Summary
Auburn Meadows Assisted Living
Compensation: Starting at $ GREAT Shift Differentials
Sign-on Bonus: $1000 (for full-time hires), $500 (for part-time hires)
Employment Type: Part-time with Evening/Overnight shifts available
We are in search of dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) who are passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents. Join our award-winning team in a long-term care community that values the importance of empowering individuals to live with purpose and enthusiasm.
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will assist residents with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, meal assistance, and restroom needs. You will also be responsible for administering medications, monitoring residents' conditions, and documenting any significant changes in their health status.
Our CNAs are committed professionals who provide care with integrity and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support each resident in achieving and maintaining their highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Assist with treatments as directed by the Registered Nurse in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed. Report any changes or concerns to the RN.
- Document care provided using a computerized charting system.
- Observe residents and report any changes in their physical or emotional well-being to the supervisor.
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, which may include hair washing, bathing, nail care, and medication administration.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
- Able to work extended hours while on your feet.
- Capable of performing essential job functions while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
- Knowledge of the Resident's Bill of Rights.
