Compensation:
Starting at $19.81 with attractive shift differentials.
Sign-on Bonus:
$1000 for full-time hires, $500 for part-time hires.
Employment Type:
Full-time positions available for Days, Afternoons/Evenings, or Overnights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents in achieving the highest level of independence and personal care.
- Support the Registered Nurse in executing individualized care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, reporting any concerns to the RN.
- Utilize computerized charting systems to document care provided.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions.
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and medication administration.
- Perform additional duties as required to support resident care.
