Compensation:

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience, with the opportunity to progress to $26.00 per hour after initial hire. In addition to a solid base salary, employees who work 20+ hours per week are eligible for dental, vision, and other supplemental benefits, including life insurance, short-term disability, accidental coverage, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and identity protection.

Job Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include providing assistance to students with behavior disorders in school, home, and community settings based on their medical needs. You will also implement prompt interventions in areas such as behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills according to treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst. Furthermore, you will collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory

Credentials:

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
  • TB Screening (current within 3 months)
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
