Behavior Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at First Children Services. This role involves working one-on-one with clients in independent and group settings, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collecting data for documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, willingness to complete the RBT curriculum, and at least one year of experience working with children. Comfortable using technology for daily documentation is also essential.
