Requirements
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, employees, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
