In the role of Quantitative Analyst, you will be instrumental in formulating and executing investment strategies that align with the company's financial goals. This role provides the chance to engage with advanced ALM techniques and work collaboratively with various departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize strong programming capabilities in languages such as Python, MATLAB, R, C++, VB.Net, or C#
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, including Mathematics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in developing models for financial products
  • Exhibit excellent communication and technical writing skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Intex, Andrew Davidson, Aladdin, Beacon, or Moody's Scenario Generator is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strong skills in project management
  • Aptitude for working under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Effective teamwork with diverse roles within the organization

Compensation: $95,000-$162,500

Overtime Status: Exempt

Bonus Eligibility: Discretionary Bonus Yes, Sales Bonus No
