About the Job:
The Event Planning and Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in the success of our fundraising events. This individual will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing event budgets, and providing administrative support to the Special Events team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics for assigned fundraising events, including tracking RSVPs and table guests.
- Manage event budgets and track event revenue.
- Provide administrative support to the Special Events team, including data entry, drafting, editing, and revision of letters, reports, and other materials.
- Assist with planning timelines and task assignments for assigned fundraising events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with superior organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with other advancement and accounting team members, senior management, and BGCPBC Board volunteers/members.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
