Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining packaging equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance duties. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, as well as experience with PLC systems and conveyor equipment.

Responsibilities

The Machine Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
  • Installing and troubleshooting packaging equipment, including electrical and mechanical components
  • Performing routine maintenance duties, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Repairing and replacing faulty equipment, as needed
  • Working with PLC systems and conveyor equipment to ensure efficient operation
  • Collaborating with other maintenance technicians to achieve team goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 5 years of experience in packaging and equipment maintenance, with a focus on electrical installation and preventive maintenance
  • Experience with PLC systems and conveyor equipment
  • Certifications in basic electrical, mechanical, motor control relay logic, and schematic reading
  • Ability to use basic electrical test instruments, including VOM multi-meter and clamp on ampere meter
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
