Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter daily check requests into the electronic system and process payment batches.
  • Handle company petty cash and perform data entry of and verify invoices into the electronic system.
  • Perform other clerical and accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education equivalent to a high school diploma and one year of related experience.
  • Ability to perform basic accounting and clerical tasks accurately and quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Ability to follow through on details and complete clerical and record-keeping tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Multiple shifts and hours to choose from: days, swing (eve), and nights.
