Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer respiratory care procedures and protocols, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Conduct blood gas analysis and interpret results to inform patient care decisions.
  • Maintain and manage all equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Provide patient education on respiratory health and disease management.

Requirements:

  • Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
  • Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners.
  • Current certifications in BCLS and ACLS.
  • One (1) year of experience in performing professional respiratory duties preferred.
