Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team at VW of Fallston. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicles and provide test drives to customers.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Establish and meet personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity.
• Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories to provide customers with the best possible experience.
• Work collaboratively with the service department and body shop to ensure vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.
• Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
• Maintain a prospect development system and an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
