Job Title: Direct Care Worker Overnight

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive an estimated salary range of $30,000 to $45,000 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week, with additional compensation for overtime.
Job DescriptionThis full-time position involves working directly with clients to provide personalized care and support, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and household tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal care and hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate attitude towards older adults.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this position, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in a home care setting (preferable), and current CPR/First Aid certification.
Candidates must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, and demonstrate a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
