Patient Access Representative 2

The University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative 2 to join our team in patient care. As a Patient Access Representative 2, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers entering our facility, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Greets Visitors and Directs Them to Their Destination
- Answers Incoming Calls and Places Outgoing Calls in a Timely and Efficient Manner
- Provides Exceptional Customer Service to Further a Positive Institutional Image
- Responds to General Questions and Inquiries, Forwards Non-Routine Requests to Appropriate Staff
- Assists with General Administrative Tasks, Such as Sorting Departmental Mail and Troubleshooting Office Equipment
- Maintains Department Directories and Visitation Logs
- Maintains a Tidy and Clean Reception Area
- Places Orders for Department Supplies as Requested by Department Leadership
- Projects a Professional Appearance and Pleasant Demeanor Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere
- Adheres to University and Unit-Level Policies and Procedures and Safeguards University Assets
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- General Knowledge of Office Procedures and Operations
- Skill in Data Entry with Minimal Errors
- Ability to Communicate Effectively in Both Oral and Written Form
- Skill in Completing Assignments Accurately and with Attention to Detail
- Ability to Process and Handle Confidential Information with Discretion
