Job Summary:The Direct Care Staff will provide a safe, quality, professional, and caring service to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Supervise residents according to their Individual Service Plans (ISP), Behavioral Support Plan (BSP), and Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP).
- Provide personal care services, including lifting and transferring residents, and assist with daily living activities.
- Prepare meals and ensure sanitary methods are followed.
- Plan and participate in community and in-facility activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff.
- Administer and monitor medications according to orders prescribed by residents' physicians.
- Report any maintenance concerns, changes in condition, or injuries to the program supervisor.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check or show proof of rehabilitation.
- Must be available to work 8-hour shifts every other Saturday and Sunday.
- Free training provided.
- No experience needed.
- Competitive hourly wage.
