Overview: The Director of Financial Aid at CMG is responsible for leading the Financial Aid Office and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. This exempt role requires a strong background in financial aid, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to analyze complex data sets.

Duties:
* Lead the Financial Aid Office and ensure compliance with federal regulations
* Oversee all aspects of financial aid, including loan certifications, need analysis, and packaging
* Supervise departmental employees: Financial Aid Specialists and Financial Aid Advisors
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with institutional and federal policies
* Participate in teams, committees, and other group activities, including graduation ceremony activities

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
* 3+ years of supervisory experience in higher education
* 5+ years of experience in financial aid, including at least 2 years in administration of Federal student aid
* Strong knowledge of federal financial aid programs
* Experience with need analysis and packaging of student financial aid
* Basic knowledge of Colorado State financial aid programs

Salary Range: $85,000 - $92,000 per year
