Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and directing all phases of mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to design and implement mechanical systems.
  • Evaluating and approving project plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and initiating corrective measures as needed.
  • Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Upholding stringent quality control measures, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring all work meets established standards.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing mechanical projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, mechanical systems, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to guide a team and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a capacity for quick decision-making when required.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
  • A professional engineering (PE) license is a plus.
  • A commitment to fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
