We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Facilities & Infrastructure team in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will perform technical activities on assigned projects, understand and adhere to discipline technical policies and procedures, and participate in the production of technical studies, investigations, and designs in support of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs technical activities on assigned projects and understands and adheres to discipline technical policies and procedures.
  • Participates in the production of technical studies, investigations, and designs in support of assigned projects.
  • Seeks guidance from senior engineers, principal engineers, and chief engineers to develop complex engineering solutions and makes independent decisions to develop solutions of low to moderate complexity.
  • Provides technical production direction to designers and CAD operators.
  • Provides production of projects on-time, in budget, and of highest technical quality.

Requirements:

  • Professionally licensed engineer with a bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 10 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Similar experience with other consulting firms and experience leading design projects and overseeing design tasks is required.
  • Professional engineering license.
