Clinical Therapist

PrairieCare is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychotherapeutic services to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions as assigned.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
- Provide a range of therapy services, including individual and family psychotherapy, and facilitate process groups.
- Enhance the functioning of patients and their families while positioning them well for their mental health journey.
- Coordinate care with external providers and caregivers as relevant and appropriate.
- Master's degree in social sciences.
- Eligible or nearing eligibility for current licensure in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
- Ability to maintain required malpractice insurance.
- Effective, professional, and efficient communication skills in written and verbal form.
- Ability to smoothly and rapidly shift between dissimilar tasks.
- Ability to make effective decisions while in stressful situations and circumstances.
