Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our post-acute care team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide high-quality medical care to adults in skilled nursing facilities. This is a part-time position, 2-3 days per week, with a flexible schedule that allows you to set your own hours and build a position that matches your ideal lifestyle and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide primary care to adults in skilled nursing facilities
* Manage chronic disease, diagnose illness, and implement plans of care
* Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders, and others regarding care and services
* Build relationships with patients, their families, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
* Medical director duties for assigned facility
* Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians

What We Offer:

* Competitive compensation range: $175,000 - $216,000
* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with match
* Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
