About the Role

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to drive excellence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school
  • Licensure to practice medicine in Washington State as a Physician
  • Board certification or similar accreditation
  • Credentialed to practice in MultiCare Health System facilities
  • Minimum of ten (10) years clinical experience, providing direct patient care
  • Experience in a medical leadership role required
  • Additional education in healthcare administration preferred
