The Laurels of Summit Ridge seeks a compassionate Care Provider to join our team. This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $42,000 - $52,000, based on experience and location. Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality care to guests under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
  • Ensuring guests' physical and emotional needs are met
  • Maintaining accurate records of vital signs, height and weight, intake and output, and other relevant information
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Providing support with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Encouraging guests to participate in recreational activities and promote social interaction
Requirements
