Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and attending to individual care needs.
  • Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service.
  • Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
Requirements
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted; may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses (where applicable). Our benefits package includes:

Estimated salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
