About the Role

We're seeking a talented UX Researcher to support UX insights and consumer insights, focusing on innovation discovery for various products, including large appliances, small appliances, TVs, and B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and iterate on high-quality end-to-end consumer insights.
  • Lead consumer insight discovery and synthesis to inform innovation and platform strategy.
  • Conduct user research, prototyping, and testing to validate concepts and experiences.
  • Define intuitive and user-centered digital and physical experiences.
  • Provide actionable research insights that inform both tactical and strategic efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in UX and Product Design.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in user research, particularly in consumer goods.
  • Strong user research skills, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Proficiency in various research methods, including ethnography, contextual inquiry, in-depth interviews, surveys, online testing tools, data analytics, concept testing, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of products or projects.
  • Creative, strategic, and technical thinking abilities.
  • Curiosity, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong research portfolio demonstrating the use of diverse research methods to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to adhere to a high standard of pursuing what is best for the business.
  • Comfortable navigating inter-team collaboration.
  • Experience in physical product development and digital UX.
  • Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week.
