Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and licensed administrator to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.

Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the facility's operations, including staff supervision, resident care, and financial management.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of rules and regulations governing long-term care facilities.
