Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Analyst to join our team. As a Behavioral Analyst, you will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges. You will conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans, and create individualized treatment plans to help each individual improve.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and document behavior challenges in individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify underlying causes of behavior challenges
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to address behavior challenges
  • Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual improve
  • Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in psychology or related field
  • One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
  • Board Certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
