Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at School-Based Behavior Consultation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing treatment plans in one-on-one and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment teaching arrangements. You will work closely with our team to collect, record, and summarize data on observable student behavior, and assist with skill acquisition and behavioral assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans in one-on-one and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment teaching arrangements.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable student behavior.
  • Assist with skill acquisition and behavioral assessments.
  • Document interventions, progress data, and session notes.
  • Assist with staff training of student's individualized treatment and behavior change protocols.
  • Immediately report to the BCBA any student incidents/variances or complaints.
  • Attend to work and arrive in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with staff regarding student progress as instructed by the BCBA.
  • Participate in required training programs as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field preferred.
  • One year's experience as an RBT.
  • Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification, including annual renewal and registration.
  • CPR and CPI certification.
  • Drug Screen.
  • Criminal background check required for hire.
