Job Summary

Hillcroft Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing intensive behavioral intervention services to children with autism and other developmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disorders.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions based on established goals and objectives.
  • Document progress and outcomes via computer program.
  • Manage and support children during therapy sessions, including providing physical support and managing aggressive behaviors.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; RBT Certification preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children with autism preferred but not required.
