Key Responsibilities:
  • Hotel Operations: Oversee the successful operation of all hotel departments, including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Restaurant & Bar, Sales & Marketing, Private and Catered Events, and Engineering.
  • Customer Service: Create and maintain relationships with clients and guests, with a strong passion to elevate their overall experience at the property.
  • Team Management: Enforce outstanding internal and external customer service standards, and oversee the management of all associates, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Financial Management: Manage overall hotel and departmental budgets, including forecasting, inventory management, and expense control.
